It is the new year and therefore the resolutions of new habits for most of us. And maybe are you already extending your goal started in 2017? To maintain good health and body composition, I decided to offer you my 3 essential nutrition tips!
It’s simple. Yet most of us do not drink enough water! And water is essential for a good use of the energy consumed in food. The color of our urine is the best way to know if we are well hydrated or not. The clearer, the better! When we feel thirsty, it is already too late, we are already dehydrated. Another important point, thirst is like hunger. The next time you think you are hungry, start by drinking a big glass of water!
Activate your metabolism
Eating frequently, i.e. every 2-3 hours, allows our body to burn more energy contrary to the popular mentality. It is necessary to eat enough too! Be careful: eating healthy does not mean eating enough. If our intakes are well balanced to meet our needs, we lose body fat and optimize our body composition. Of course, it is necessary that the same intakes are aligned with the strategy of your goal!
Supplement with vitamins
Food quality is not what it was 20-30 years ago. Mass farming does not favor the full maturity of fruits and vegetables and so even a fresh food might not contribute enough to our health. For this reason, I never hesitate to recommend taking a complete multivitamin *. Our body simply eliminates what it does not need in the urine. Supplementation can be very beneficial!
